6. User-Generated Content

Content you create (reflections, study notes) remains yours. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI-Powered Features

Certain features (Card Sage, study coaching) use AI language models. AI-generated responses are for educational reference only and should not be treated as authoritative theological or legal counsel. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Cost & Access

The Service is currently offered free of charge. There are no subscriptions, fees, or payment processing. If this ever changes, any paid features and their terms would be clearly presented before you choose to use them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
